Living savvy is not about unsustainable overhauls – it’s about the small changes we can make to create a life that is a little more fulfilling, a little more satisfying and a little more joyful.
Each Monday I share three simple ideas I have to fine-tune my own ordinary to live extraordinary this week, and I hope you will share yours!
Take the ice-cream to the downstairs fridge (that is in the shed behind locked doors). My children are away this week, there is no excuse for me to have a teaspoon here and there as I serve up their desert.
Light the fragrant candles that I bought last week (& remember to blow out before I leave home)
Go to yoga tomorrow morning at 6am (making the most of being children free)

Mmmm,
my monday bites for this week …
1. go to Zumba tomorrow morning – have wanted to go for AGES and timings have never worked
2. sleep – as mentioned in last week’s Champagne Friday, I’m working on at least 7-8 hours EVERY night
3. quality lunch choices – have been eating too many ‘poor quality’ options and wondering why my mental capacity fails me before the end of the day
Thanks for the reminder …
Sleep, nourishing food & dance ordinary things that make life extrordinary. Look forward to hearing about ZUMBA, shake it baby!
