What am I celebrating?
On Sunday my friend and I ran 5 kms in 24 minutes. Our best time ever. Quite a buzz!
What am I acknowledging?
That Andrew and I can adapt our dreams very quickly to meet current reality while continuing to hold onto our long term vision and what we are creating together.
What was missing?
Nothing was missing this week. Lovely company, nice time with the kids, rest sometimes in the afternoon, some quite time to work, sunshine and sultry weather.
What small change can I make for next week?
Looking forward to some time spent exercising more gently while on holidays. I have amped it up over the past couple of weeks and although doing well I am anticipating gentle runs and walks along the beach, a yoga class or two and getting back onto my bike.
