What do I acknowledge from my week?
Continuing to make time for rest and giving my body what it needs to overcome this frustrating spring cold.
What do I celebrate from my week?
Releasing the need to be seen as perfect in the eyes of others. Ahhhhhh, what a relief! I shared tales of forgetfulness and disorganisation with the other women (and mothers) as we stood in queue waiting to purchase 2010 school uniforms, and even managed to have a laugh at myself.
What was missing from my week?
Running with energy and enthusiasm.
What small change can I make to have more of that next week?
Simply enjoy getting out and moving as I resume my running program. Instead of beating myself up for not running fast enough or long enough – just savour it!

What do I acknowledge from my week? Accepting that getting angry and frustrated over not being able to go to sleep was a total waste of energy and only fed my panic and anxiety attacks, so I changed my strategy, stayed up really late one night, slept like a baby and have been tweaking my bedtime back a half hour each night since with continued success and no stress!
What do I celebrate from my week? I accepted me for who I am and how I look and realised my attitude was holding me back from thinking and being who and what I really am – go me!

What small change can I make to have more of that next week? My daughter and I have signed up for a 3 day free trial at the new Gym AND I’ve accepted an invitation to speak at a new Womens Forum on Tuesday night.
