It’s time to give it up. ![]() While recently listening to Hayley Lewis—Olympic and Commonwealth Games champion swimmer, business woman, mother, wife, TV host of The Biggest Loser and now author—I had a living savvy moment when I had to decide whether I was going to choose to pull myself down with comparison, or rise up with inspiration for my own dream. ![]() Friendships are vital to living savvy because when we’re aspiring to live an extraordinary life, we need good friends who share our vision, celebrate with us, encourage and challenge us to be true to who we are and what we believe.
